Still Drinking's job advice
Still Drinking is hit-or-miss for me, but their job advice essay (a) is golden.
Sorta hard to excerpt because the whole thing is a slow build... I liked this bit:
People who have made it say all it took was a few years of hundred hour work weeks. They don’t mention the 99 other people who did the same thing and are now hollow, bitter, and broke.
